The Formal Launch of Bunmi Adedayo Foundation, a Non-Governmental, not- for-profit Organisation, will take place on Tuesday, January 5, 2016
at the Shell Hall, MUSON Centre, Onikan. Lagos with the theme “Quality Education for Indigent Nigerian Children…. A Head Start”

The Foundation was set up not only to immortalize the name of Oluwabunmi  Omotayo  Adedayo, but also to continue to propagate his altruistic nature of giving and sharing which he demonstrated severally through various charitable programmes while he held sway as the Executive Director of Tastee Fried Chicken till his demise  on September 25th, 2013 at the age of 36 years. He was the only child of his parents, Mr. Adekunle Adedayo, the Chairman and Mrs. Olayinka Adedayo, the Managing Director of Tastee Fried Chicken Ltd.

Dr. Obiageli Ezekwesili, a former Minister of Education in Nigeria will deliver the Keynote Address titled “A Caring Society Grows Faster”  while
Mrs. Daisy Danjuma will grace the occasion in her capacity as the Chief Launcher.

The cardinal aim of the foundation is to improve the lives of children from disadvantaged backgrounds but more importantly to extend Bunmi's dream to bridge the gap of quality education delivery between private and public schools in order to make public schools pupils competitive locally and globally. The Bunmi Adedayo Foundation will intervene in schools through advocacy for improvement of the academic standards, enhancement of the learning environment, and promotion of a sense of universal civic responsibility in the children for our increasingly interconnected global communities.
