STUDENTS GET FREE GCE FORMS Ifelodun Executive Secretary

In his quest to eradicate illiteracy and poverty in the society, the Executive Secretary of Ifelodun LCDA, Hon. Adigun Wahab Adabayo recently gave out over 400 WAEC/GCE forms to students in the area.
In a statement signed by his aids, Taofik Olaoye, he said, “This gesture was borne out of the passion we have for education and the zeal in putting paid to hooliganism and thuggery in the area. According to Late Nelson Mandela that; Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. This quote remains our watchword and the only way we can change our community for good is sending our wards to school.”

Their better future start from now and for them to be prosperous and successful in life, they need to take education serious. Also, a free summer lesson has been put in place for GCE/ SSCE. In our quest for a better society, primary school pupils and students will have access to summer coaching. This will commence from August to September 4th, 2015. This administration is determined to support the growth of education and eradicate illiteracy in Ifelodun LCDA and its environs.”

The Supervisor for Education, Hon Adeniji Hassan urged the beneficiaries to read harder to come out in flying colours.
Two of the students, Olaoye Hasanat Olawumi and Rasheed Zaynab Taye were registered on demonstration and they expressed gratitude to the Council respectively.
