The high point of the event was the Official Unveiling of Logo in a rolled up banner, legally executed by the Legal Adviser of CJPAN, Barr. Monday Ubani, human rights lawyer and legal luminary, 2nd Vice President of Nigeria Bar Association. The legal Titan promised to always be there for the Association. Before presenting him with the Certificate of Confirmation as one the CJPAN patrons, Barr. Ubani charged CJPAN to ensure adherence to balanced reportage and cross-check of facts, but must remain resolute and fearless in the discharge of their duties. He particularly, pointed out that the recent attacks on freedom of speech and free press through surreptitious legislative moves and executive assaults must not triumph over the our constitutional rights. The Certificate of confirmation was later presented to the Grand Patron Mr. Muyiwa Adetiba, veteran Celebrity journalist and Publisher of the rested Prime People Magazine as well as Rev. Dr. Chima Emenuga, Senior Pastor of Destiny Revival Church, Lagos.
Mother of the Day, Princess Dr. Toyin Kolade and other patrons who weren' t on ground to grace the occasion sent in high powered delegations to the event with their unique support.
Corporate executives of First Bank, Access Bank, FriesLand Campina and other PR Agencies were on hand to support and savour the exotic Chinese delicacies that were lavishly served.
International Chinese Artistes pepped up the glitz and glamour of the event with intermittent Chinese music and arts throughout the event.
President Mr. Joshua Uloko's keynote said that he was overwhelmed that history of the journalism in Nigeria cannot be complete without the name of CJPAN as an Association that made robust positive impact in sanitizing and redefining media industry at a critical stage.
It was a beehive of activities, call to duty and solidarity statements at the official Unveiling and Induction of Patrons with refreshments, donations and thanks giving bringing the biggest media Christmas event to a fun-filled climax.
