BREAKING: Tension Soaks SOKA Residents Over Land Grabbers, Sunday Igboho Calls For Govt Intervention, As Opinion Trails His Involvement

Tension has been reportedly soaked the residents of Soka, Idi-mangoro, Mosorire, Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, sequel to forceful invasion of the communities by the alleged land grabbers headed by Alhaji Waheed Olatunji.

The alleged invasion into soka's communities by the land grabbers which happened in the early hours of Tuesday, February 11th was allegedly said to have been led by Alhaji Waheed Olatunji.
According to Chief Sunday Adepoju popularly known as Sunday Igboho, he said the invasion of the communities by the alleged land grabbers had become the continual phenomena when they would be coming and demanding ransomely from the residents and the landlords, stressing that the latest invasion was the sixth one in their routine exercise.

Igboho said Alhaji Waheed Olatunji claimed to be someone from Ede, Osun State  was the alleged ringleader who mobilsed sufficient numbers of policemen to the areas, adding that their illegal invasion had no doubt caused tension when an aged woman suffered an unexpected shock that compelled her immediate admission into the hospital.

In the Igbhoho's words, he said there was a time they came in the past, they forcefully compelled the residents to pay some undisclosed amounts of money and which they complied instantly, adding that opinion of the residents was that, He Sunday Igboho was the backbone giving them courage to forge ahead in their dastardly act.

While calling on Oyo State governments, led by Governor Seyi Makinde, Sunday Igboho on behalf of Soka Communities called on Governor Seyi Makinde to come to their rescue and help to nip the nefarious activities of the land grabber invading the communities, other areas in Ibadan and Oyo State as a whole in the bud.

You will recall that during the era of former governor of Oyo State, Sen Abiola Ajimobi, the part of the area (SOKA) was allegedly been a treat to residents for accommodating ritualist and discovered ritualist-underground-den.
