The occasion was the 75th anniversary flag-off ceremony of the United Nations. Also, it coincided with the yearly thanksgiving birthday anniversary of popular cleric, Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church.
K1, the Maiyegun of Yorubaland, following his speech acknowledging his long term friendship with the celebrator and spiritual assistance, delved into his songs archives and rendered memorable tunes in Ayodele's honour.
At the august event, certain personalities were honoured with the ‘Ambassador of Peace’ awards presented by (Dr.) Chinedu Anthony, country director (South Africa) of the United Nations World Peace, with the President, Ambassador Per Stafsen, in attendance.
Also, in attendance at the INRI church headquarters in Lagos state are eminent personalities like the representative of His Imperial Majesty the Ooni Of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi; Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwoolu, and many others.
The event also witness Primate Ayodele empowering over 2,000 less privileged persons from among his church members, journalists and others.
