Meet The Islamic Artiste Whose Fans Can Not Stop Giving Cars As Gifts

When talent start bringing its rewards, even the talented would be astounded by the unspeakable and unlimited grace that might come in form of gifts. This seems to be the case with one of the most talented artistes that have graced the landscape of the Islamic music industry in recent times. And that is no other person than Alhaji Abdul-Azeez Abdulsalam Ajiroba popularly known as Saoty Arewa.

For Baba Ogbon (Mr. Wisdom) as Saoty Arewa is also fondly called by his teeming fans, getting cars as gifts has apparently become a regular occurence. As the fair complexioned artiste who is fond of eulogizing himself with the sweet names of his children in his music by singing thus: "Baba Habibu, Baba Habibah, Baba Mabubu, Baba Mabubah," has just received a new car gift from another big fan of his, Alhaji Fatai Ajani Owotutu. The brand of the car? It is Infinity Car, and it is an exotic one at that.

Before now, Saoty Arewa who introduced meaningful rhymes into the lyrics of Islamic music before others started following suit, had received car gifts from different deep pocket fans in appreciation of how profoundly the deeply talented singer sings their panegyrics in his albums. His secret seems to be that when he sings their praises to the point their heads swell to the point of bursting, they begin to look for the best of gifts they could appreciate him with. And most times, they have ended up giving him cars.

As at the last count, the garage in his house located in Ikorodu, Lagos State, boasts of most of the wonders on the wheel money can buy, and they have mostly come as gifts. And he is still counting. The current car gift was announced by his younger brother who doubles as his manager and currently sojourning in London, Alhaji Abdulsalam Lukman Olayinka, on his Facebook status.

"Thanks so much Alh fatai ajani Owotutu for the new ride this is just the beginning for you Baba ogbon the moving train will never stop in shaa Allah, " Lukman posted. And all these happening to Saoty Arewa should not be a surprise to any of those following his music considering how much hard work he puts into his compositions such that everyone, both Muslims and Christians, keep looking forward to his next release because there would be more than enough messages to take away from it.

And the car gifts are only parts of his rewards for hard work as it is hoped that he would not rest on his oars.
