Two month to 4 in 1 event popular islamic act, umu niyyas in auto crash

……band members seriously injured


It is just two month to the Four in One event of fast raising Islamic artiste, Aishat Adeleke known as Umu Niyyas which the beautiful mother of two and her band members were involved in a fatal accident around Ogere, Ogun state last Saturday, 22nd February 2020. It was a black Saturday for this talented Islamic Act,
According to her, she said, they were on their way back to Lagos from Ibadan when the accident occurred in Ogere around 9pm last night.


She added, “It was a terrible situation but we give thanks to God that no life was lost. I survived it because I was on seat belt, likewise my driver as well. We were both on our seat belt, being seated at the front seat of the Toyota Picnic car.

The car was terribly in a bad shape while some members of the band that were seated at the back seat were seriously injured.

In her words, she said, “We were coming from Ibadan where we went to perform at a function. It was a smooth ride until the accident happened. Anyway, I give thanks to God having survived this, no life was lost and this made us appreciate God more for his mercy over us. The accident was caused by an inflow of sand that has taken over half of the road around Ogere side of Ogun state. The driver lost control and the accident occurred. The injured members were quickly taken to Victory hospital, Ogere-Remo last Saturday but some are currently in a private hospital in Lagos while the one with serious injury has been taking to General hospital Lagos. We continue to appreciate God for sparing our lives.”




She will be celebrate twenty years on stage, lunching of new album, awards presentation and lunching of music school (A5 school) at Combo Hall Lagos Television, Agidigbi Ikeja, Lagos on the 12 of April.
